The Hot Section ( six range burners with oven & charcoal grill) was imported by plane from IPEC partner in the USA, the Middleby Corporation. Brands installed: Southbend, Star Mfg. The small preparation appliances (Meat slicers, Meat Mincers, Dough Sheeters, Dough Mixers, sausage fillers, vegetable cutters, vaccum machines) are mainly of Italian origins. The Convection Ovens are of PIRON brand directly coming from Italy to be installed. This Kitchen was designed to serve an a la carte menu & pastry desert products. [gallery]
