The restaurant cooking tools were placed to serve a menu consisting Lebanese sandwiches like Tawouk, Kafta, Kebab, shawarma and international sandwiches like hot dogs, burgers, fahitas and philadelphias. On the list of commercial cooking appliances are a barbecue, an exhaust hood, a snack grill and fryer, a sandwich fridge and supermarket refrigeration equipment for food conservation.
