IPEC provides the design and equipment for the new trendy Cafeteria opening in Kaslik sea road, Lebanon. The outlet has been designed to serve a young student clientele a menu consisting of morning fresh baked croissants, coffee, crepes ,home made style sandwiches and a multitude of deserts. For that purpose, the place has been furnished with a complete kitchen encompassing a sandwich fridge, vegetable and dish wash sinks, industrial dishwasher, wall shelves in addition to preparation equipment. As for the cafeteria, it contained a display croissant heater, an on counter display fridges, a cupboard with sliding stainless steel doors, crepe machines, espresso and american coffee machines as well as a 24 flavor ice cream fridge.
