All the primary ingredients used is 100% organic. Vegetation locally planted, meat locally produced through neighboring family farms. In the kitchen, a mezza corner was created along with a butchery, a customized hot section, an unobtrusive dish and vegetable cleaning section plus a chrome shelvings storage corner.
