IPEC was chosen between many food equipment suppliers to furnish Zaroob restaurant located in Kaslik Lebanon. The kitchen supplies furnished a Kebab corner, plat du jour section, Lebanese Furn area, juice and desert preparation space and a bar corner. Customized display heaters and refrigerators were installed in the restaurant façade, cold juice dispensers, crepe and waffle machines. The back area included a flat grill, Shawarma machines, stainless barbecue and a gas fryer. The preparation section contained the storage upright fridges and freezers, dough sheeters and mixers, stainless tables, stainless sinks and a convection oven.
