The kitchen design has been devised to provide a catering and banquet activity for weddings and events, serve meals to the residents of the chalets and pool swimmers, deliver cantine for the project staff and produce pastry and desert products such as cakes and cookies.
On the menu of industrial kitchen equipments was a hot section comprised of a flat and charcoal grill (Star Mfg USA), two stainless steel industrial fryers (PITCO USA), six burners range (SOUTHBEND USA), Stainless Steel upright fridges and freezers, table top refrigerators, working tables, stainless sinks, chrome shelvings, cold rooms for vegetable and meat, six trays convection oven (PIRON), pizza oven, exhaust hood.
