IPEC successfully equips Café Younes, the new place adjacent to LAU Byblos University. The outlet has been designed and furnished with equipment allowing to serve a menu of Sandwiches (Submarines, Turkey and Cheese..), Burgers, Salads (Pasta& Greek) in addition to the Sajj and beverage section. On the list of tools was a Waring press sandwich machine and Salamander, a hot section consisting of a flat griddle, Sajj, American fryer and two burners on counter range. The dish and pot wash area were placed separately as well as the cold storage area. A display item to mention is the on counter heater and fridge containing the hot croissants as well as the ready salads and sweets.
